We start the whole process by analysing the client's request and its viability, always taking into consideration the best quality. We always take into consideration the customer's requests, starting an intense research of the raw material taking into account the quality and durability of the products with which we work.

Prototyping serves as the tangible manifestation of a designer's conceptual vision, allowing us to shape and articulate ideas. To keep pace with the dynamic flow of a designer's creative ideation, our dedicated atelier and pattern-making teams in our central office play a crucial role, ensuring precision and efficiency in the prototyping process.

After approval by the client we start production and it is here that we send the pre production samples (PPS) where it is up to us to ensure that everything is in agreement with the requested characteristics and the order can go from collection to production. We ensure that all parts are produced in the correct sizes, colours, trims and specifications. For this we follow measurement standards given by the client and fitting tests.

This is the final process in all the work. The production is completed. The controller needs to ensure that the order is ready to be shipped. To do this, it is necessary to verify: that the goods are free of defects; that they have all the quantities requested and are sent to the different destinations; that they are packaged as requested, etc.. At this point we notify the customer and he chooses the most convenient means of transport and we hope to work together again!
